Spa Etiquette
To ensure you and those around you reap the full benefits of Inspired "You" Spa and Gifts, we ask all guests to respect the privacy and tranquility of the other guests.
All electronic messaging devices should be turned off.
No children under the age of 12
Arriving late is a breach of etiquette and will shorten your spa treatment, remember your treatment must end on time to prevent further delays and inconvenience to you and other guests.
Reservations
It is recommend that you book your appointment with us in advance to accommodate the time that works best for you. Packages or appointments for 3 or more hours or 2 or more guests will be secured with a credit card, cash or gift certificate payment
Cancellation Policies
We thank you for giving 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. We regret that without 24 hours notice, 50% of the package or multiple service prices will be charged for cancelling an appointment.
